Ace Travel provides travel planning and advisory services, including assistance with researching, selecting and arranging cruises and other travel experiences.

Ace Travel operates as an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel, Inc.

Travel services such as transportation, accommodation, cruises and excursions are provided by the suppliers identified in your booking documents.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

Ace Travel’s planning services do not replace the contractual obligations of Fora Travel or the suppliers under the applicable booking agreements.

5. Quotes, Pricing & Availability

Travel quotes are subject to availability and may change before a booking is confirmed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, providing a quote does not reserve a cabin, room, fare or other travel service.

Prices may be affected by:

Supplier pricing changes.
Availability.
Currency exchange rates.
Taxes and government charges.
Port charges and supplier fees.
Optional services or upgrades.

Your proposal or booking documents will identify the currency, included services and any known exclusions.

Changes after confirmation are governed by the applicable booking terms and law.

6. Deposits, Payments & Planning Fees

Deposits, payment schedules and final payment deadlines depend on the services booked.

Included services.
Payment deadlines.
Special requests.
Cancellation and change conditions.

Traveler names should match the identification required for the journey.

Please notify Ace Travel promptly of any errors. Corrections may be subject to supplier restrictions, availability or charges.

If you book on behalf of other travelers, you must have their authorization and share the relevant booking information and conditions with them.

8. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to change or cancel a booking, please contact Ace Travel in writing as soon as possible.

Changes and cancellations are subject to the applicable booking terms. A request is not complete until it has been processed and confirmed by the responsible provider.

Depending on the booking, consequences may include:

Change or administration fees.
Fare differences.
Loss of a deposit.
Partial or full cancellation charges.
Restrictions on transferring a booking.
Travel credits instead of cash refunds, where permitted.

Any available refund, its amount and its processing time depend on the applicable booking terms and law.

Any separate Ace Travel service fees will be handled according to the conditions disclosed when those services were agreed.

Informing Ace Travel promptly of relevant changes.

Ace Travel aims to keep website information useful and accurate. However, travel details, offers and supplier policies can change.

General website content and downloadable resources do not constitute a confirmed offer or a personalized booking agreement.
